RETURNES AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days, and the second shipment will be free of charge, provided the required size and style is available. Visit our Return Portal  and get your return label.

Returns can only be accepted if sent back to us within 14 days of your receipt of the parcel.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

Returned products must be in their original condition, with all the original tags and packaging intact. We can only accept returns that are undamaged and which have not been used, worn, washed or altered in any way..

We will confirm we have received and processed the returns via email, within 10 business days.

Please keep a receipt as proof of postage. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
